What is a credit?
One pin scanned for one keyword. A 7×7 grid for one keyword uses 49 credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, your balance is kept but can't be used until you subscribe again.
What happens when I run out?
Scans pause, including scheduled ones, until you buy a top-up or your plan renews. Pinlight never charges you for overage.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our refund policy.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Share links are read-only pages anyone with the link can open. You can turn a link off at any time.
Which AI tools work with Pinlight?
Any assistant that supports MCP, including Claude, ChatGPT and Codex. Create an API key in Settings and add it to your assistant's connector settings.
Where does the ranking data come from?
Pinlight requests live Google Maps results for each pin through DataForSEO, then calculates ranks, visibility and competitor share itself.
